A Guide To World Of Warcraft – WoW Introduced

By Tony Gates | October 27, 2009

Joining one of the many games servers that are available around the globe is the first thing you must do to enter the action in World of Warcraft. The authentic magic within the game begins then. Around the world, there are many different World of Warcraft servers that each have their own charact

eristics, rules, and types of action.

Each server is called a realm. If you are a beginner, you must be selective of your realm since they will not all be good for you. I would recommend starting in a server that is intended for beginners before moving on to where the more advanced players play. As a beginner you will be able to join servers for free, but once you move past this stage you will usually have to pay for a monthly subscription.

The World of Warcraft also has a lot of entities. Different races live on each of the three continents. An example of this is that in the eastern most continent the kingdom of the Alliance of the humans, the gnomes, and the dwarfs lies. Another one of the continents called Kalidmor, is where the evil orcs and trolls live. The Horde is formed when the orcs and the trolls join the race of the taurens. The war between the Alliance and the Horde is never-ending.

You have to decide which side you will fight for when you start the game. You must choose to join forces with either the Alliance or the Horde. Within the World of Warcraft there are nine classes of characters, and from these you will have to build your own unique character. Inside the game each class has its own skills, talents, and attributes. If you choose to be a druid or a mage you will have different characteristics than a hunter or a warrior. This is the most important aspect of the game. It will be easier for you to move within the game if you choose a class that meshes with your personal skills and personality.

In the game of World of Warcraft you must defeat lesser creatures and monsters in order to gain battle experiences as well as collect as much gold as you can. As you get better you will go up against different and more hard creatures and monsters. You will need assistance from other players of the game to defeat them. To succeed in this game you must get that assistance. You should become united with these characters and fight together at all times. You can join a team of characters that already exists if you cannot become the leader of your own team, but you will be controlled by others around the world.
